We're expanding our team and seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about paid media and are ready to make an impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPL, and overall campaign ROI.
• Work closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and target the right audiences.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency while meeting performance targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Execute A / B tests, optimize ad creatives, and refine targeting to maximize results.
• Deliver regular reports on campaign performance to clients and provide insights for improvement.
