About Corporate and Investment Banking

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

Sr.Analysts will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending / credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows :

• Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation
• Performing PD / LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)
• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met / Breach results
• Performing Annual / Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections :
• Business Overview
• Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
• Covenant performance
• PD / LGD analysis
• Verifying / Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV,
• Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline
