The Thought Leadership team is looking for individuals with strong analytical rigor, technical skills, and polished communication, who are keen to play a key role in utilizing the cutting edge technology to automate workflows, optimize processes, and bring thought leadership to next level. What you will be responsible for :
Collect, clean, and analyze proprietary and third-party datasets to surface differentiated findings to inform articles, client decks, and executive briefs.
Build ingestion pipelines (APIs, batch, assisted manual) for internal / external sources.
Design and maintain repository of thought leadership contents and metadata supporting retrieval-augmented generation and large language model application.
Implement and steward taxonomy and metadata.
Partner with AI engineering on prompt patterns, guardrails, and citation / attribution policies.
Define and monitor Data Quality Monitoring rules.
Own day-to-day administration of the team's CRM and liaise with IT on enhancements.
Operationalize audience segmentation metadata and content variants (regional, role-based, regulatory).
Develop and maintain dashboards that streamline thought leadership research and performance tracking.
Coordinate editorial calendars, track deliverables, prepare meeting packs, and manage documentations for Thought Leadership team operation.
Engage with content teams and help create content for publication in different media avenue.
What we value :
Degree in Business or Information Technology
7+ years of experience in financial or technology industry
Strong data analytics skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to summarize complex requirements and information and distill that into digestible, key points
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to execute independently and also maintain strong team orientation
Deadline and detail oriented
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel as well as problem solving and analytical skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications :
University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Information Technology
