Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly aggressive and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building trusted relationships with CXOs and partners to drive revenue growth in your region.
Roles / Responsibilities :
- New Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to drive sales growth. Identify, pursue, and close long-cycle, high-value opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and key stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- Channel & Partner Management : Build strong relationships and work closely with partner sales teams and distributors to expand market reach.
- Consultative Selling : Meet enterprise customers to present, position, and explain Cross Identity’s IAM solutions effectively.
- Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate leads. Collaborate with Product Development and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasting and sales reporting to support leadership in achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Brand Ambassadorship : Represent Cross Identity at industry events and conferences, serving as an ambassador for the company’s brand and values.
Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years of total experience in direct sales of Cybersecurity productEnterprise Focus : Experience in selling to large enterprise clients.Domain Knowledge : Strong background in Cybersecurity productsTrack Record : Proven track record of closing high-value, Short & long-cycle deals in a competitive market.Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with enterprise clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.Mindset : Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment with a passion for driving innovation.
