About the Role

The Recruiter (180 / Resourcer) will support the EMEA recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for client roles. This position focuses on sourcing candidates, managing applications, and maintaining accurate data throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and qualify candidate applications to match job requirements.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to applicants and hiring managers.
• Support Account Managers in delivering high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
