Experience in End User Computing – Image & Patch Management ( ECM, CMG), Wise Script Editor, PowerShell Script, VB Script & Batch Scripting.

Expertise in configuring and managing complex Windows environments

IT Service Management

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Windows Domain knowledge
