About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Onboarding Support to support our client project.
The agent will connect with customers via outbound and inbound calls to assist them in
onboarding and help schedule consultations for those already
enrolled.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and
the ability to explain digital health programs clearly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them and guide them through the
onboarding process.
Explain program features, benefits, and next steps in a clear and engaging manner.Schedule consultations for customers who are already onboarded, ensuring convenientand confirmed appointment slots.
Update and maintain accurate customer information and call status in the CRM system.Handle customer queries, concerns, or feedback in a polite, solution-oriented way.Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customerexperience.
Meet daily / weekly targets related to call volume, onboarding completions, andconsultation bookings.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or onboarding rolesExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficientlyFamiliarity with CRM tools or call management systems is an advantageComfortable working with defined KPIs and performance metricsKey Attributes :
