Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive for our Head Office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally , strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing , and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks, including commission claims , vendor payments , and branch expense tracking .
Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (mandatory) .
- Manage cash, receipts, bank transactions, and reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
2. GST, TDS & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing .Maintain compliance-related documents and ensure timely submissions.3. Commission & Payout Management
Handle commission claims from universities and partner agents.Track receivables and follow up on pending payouts.Maintain accurate commission records and coordinate with counseling teams.4. Vendor & Operational Payments
Ensure timely payments for :Property taxElectricity billsInternet & Wi-Fi servicesOffice rent, water, and AMC servicesMaintain proper documentation of all vendor invoices and receipts.5. Inventory & Stock Management
Keep track of office stationery, marketing materials, brochures, forms, etc.Coordinate replenishment and maintain inventory logs.Monitor stock flow across branches if required.6. General Administrative Support
Assist with HR-related finance tasks (salary preparation, reimbursements).Support audit activities and provide necessary documentation.Handle petty cash and maintain proper expense records.Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory : Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP .Good understanding of GST & TDS procedures and filings.Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in service industry).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).Strong communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.Additional Requirements
