Experience : 2–10 years (Law firm background)
What you’ll do
- Work on complex banking & finance transactions and client advisory
- Support regulatory aspects (SEBI / RBI / etc. exposure is a plus)
- Bring strong technical drafting / negotiation skills
- Collaborate as a team player and help build the B&F practice
