We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Specialist (Contract) to lead student recruitment for our upcoming campus marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings strong HR sensibilities, impeccable English communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines with precision.
You will own the end-to-end student onboarding funnel : from screening leads to pitching opportunities, taking calls, tracking progress, and ensuring applicants move smoothly through the recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & HR Screening
Communicate with inbound student leads generated through Instagram ads.Evaluate, filter, and qualify profiles based on eligibility and campaign requirements.Manage correspondence and communication across large volumes of applicants.Call Scheduling & Conversion
Book and manage 15–20+ calls / day with applicants.First half of the workday dedicated to outreach & scheduling;second half to taking calls with student-leads.
Convert leads through clear explanation & confident pitching of program benefits.Project Management & Applicant Tracking
Maintain detailed trackers / CRMs for stage-wise progress of all applicants.Update statuses daily and close each workday with documentation.Report numbers, funnel health, and weekly progress transparently.Follow-ups & Funnel Progression
Nudge, remind, and follow up with candidates to move them to next steps.Coordinate with internal campaign team for final selections and onboarding.Ensure deadlines, weekly targets, and recruitment KPIs are met consistently.What You Should Have to Succeed :
