Summary :

As AI Governance Director at LTIMindtree, you will lead the enterprise-wide Responsible AI and Compliance Program, ensuring ethical, secure, and regulatory-aligned AI adoption. This role bridges business, technology, cybersecurity, and governance functions to embed Responsible AI principles into organizational workflows and culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Governance & Compliance : Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD Principles).

Policy & Risk Management : Develop AI policies, SOPs, and risk controls; maintain AI risk register and assurance mechanisms.

Responsible AI Oversight : Conduct bias, security, and explainability assessments; enforce compliance thresholds across AI lifecycles.

Regulatory Engagement : Monitor global AI regulations; liaise with legal and industry bodies to shape standards.

Culture & Training : Drive AI ethics awareness, training programs, and adoption KPIs across teams.

Client Advisory : Provide governance insights for proposals and ensure compliance in client engagements.

AI Governance & Responsible AI Frameworks

Regulatory Compliance (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, GDPR)

AI / ML Lifecycle, MLOps, XAI, AI Security

Stakeholder Influence & Change Management

Qualifications :

12–18 years in IT, compliance, and risk management; 3+ years in AI / ML domains.

Expertise in AI regulatory frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred : Certifications in AI Governance (AIGB, RAII), Privacy (CIPP / E), and experience with global IT services.
