Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and representing the company to prospective buyers. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Effective communication and relationship management will be key aspects of day-to-day responsibilities.

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
• Excellent Negotiation and Presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
• 3 to 5 years experience
