Job Title : Associate Group Head - Copy

Location : Worli, Mumbai

Experience : From 4 to 6 years of digital copywriting experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience in copywriting from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Job Purpose :

We are looking for a dynamic and conceptual Associate Group Head – Copy with strong digital-first thinking to lead copy development across integrated and social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to craft compelling narratives, guide creative teams, and collaborate with strategy and design to deliver breakthrough digital work.

Key Accountabilities

Conceptualize and write for digital-first campaigns including social media, video, display, and influencer content.

Executes creative concepts together with the Art Director teams to develop ideas that connect with audiences and deliver business results.

Develop campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives and digital trends.

Translate brand strategies into impactful campaign ideas and digital storytelling.

Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy across multiple digital touchpoints.

Present ideas internally and support client presentations.

Supervise junior copywriters, ensuring creative quality and message consistency.

Stay updated with digital culture, emerging platforms, and content innovations.

Professional Skills :

4–6 years of experience in copywriting, with a strong focus on digital and integrated advertising .

Proven expertise in crafting ideas and campaigns across digital, social, and content platforms.

Strong conceptual and storytelling abilities — from long-form copy to thumb-stopping social content.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (art, strategy, account management).

Excellent command of language, attention to detail, and presentation skills.

A passion for creativity, pop culture, and the ever-evolving digital landscape.
