Visual Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for our Integrated Marketing consult SWAY. This role requires a creative individual who can elevate brand narratives through compelling visuals and motion graphics. Based in Gurugram, the candidate will be responsible for creating top-tier design assets across multiple digital platforms, setting new creative benchmarks for both SWAY and our partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design & Branding

• Develop high-quality visuals and brand identities that set organisational benchmarks.
• Innovate and adapt illustrations and design styles to suit diverse client requirements in luxury hospitality.
• Lead the creation of visual design libraries and facilitate design skill sessions to enhance team productivity.
• Produce assets including decks, landing pages, performance ads, whitepapers, and social media collaterals, maintaining design consistency.
• Create compelling data visualisations that simplify complex information and enhance decision-making through clear, impactful designs.
