Technical Skill Set

10 + years of Overall experience in AWS Cloud Technologies

Proficient in Amazon Lex, Deep understanding of Lex features, capabilities, and limitations, AWS Ecosystem Knowledge

Proficient in architecting and Developing AI BoT using AWS Gen AI platform (Bedrock , Sage Maker and all LLMs)

Strong understanding of NLP and Gen AI concepts like intent classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis

Proficient in Amazon Connect

Experience in other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
