The position is part of the Manufacturing Operations team and will be based on-site in Pune, reporting to the Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop manufacturing processes and tooling for filtration components, including metallic and polymeric media.

Collaborate with Desing Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations to transition new products from concept to full-scale production.

Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to ensure scalable, efficient, and cost-effective production.

Actively contribute to the planning, execution, and commissioning of the new manufacturing facility.

Ensure technical readiness and alignment of manufacturing capabilities with plant goals.

Conduct and support process validation activities including IQ / OQ / PQ for new line.

Ensure adherence to EHS, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Monitor process performance and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and reliability.

Qualifications :

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial or related), with relevant experience of 6-8 yrs.

Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in filtration or related technologies.

Strong design engineering background with hands-on experience in process development and tooling.

Proven track record in technology transfer and new site implementation.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Estimated travel time is approximately 30%, which could reduce in future.

Having a valid U.S. visa is preferred.
