Job Title : Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – EPM

Location : Offshore (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, etc.) and Oracle Financials (Cloud or EBS). The consultant will be responsible for delivering functional solutions, managing client requirements, performing configurations, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring successful implementation and post-production support for finance transformation and EPM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to gather and analyze financial planning, consolidation, and reporting requirements.
• Configure Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation) based on client needs.
• Provide functional expertise on Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, etc.).
• Design and document 'To-Be' financial processes and support fit-gap analysis.
• Lead or support data mapping, integration testing, and reconciliation between ERP and EPM systems.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Oracle Cloud tools.
• Drive UAT and training for finance users.
• Support cut-over planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Ensure alignment with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX).
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams in an agile delivery model.
