AVP – Aftersales Solution Architect (LSA)

Role Objective
Lead solution architecture, consulting, and commercialization for Aftersales, working closely with sales, delivery, partners, legal, and finance. Drive win rates, expand share of wallet, and create strong value propositions across global markets (India, US, EU, LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and design Aftersales solutions across predictive maintenance, spare parts management, field services, scheduling & dispatch, and remote support.
- Lead large deal solutioning (>
$10M), RFP responses, POVs, and client orals independently.
Act as the bridge between GTM / account teams and delivery for Aftersales transformation and managed services.Conduct industry research and recommend digital / AI / IoT-driven approaches for aftermarket services.Serve as senior client-facing SME for Aftersales functions and field asset operations.Drive capability building, solution campaigns, onsite assessments (6–8 weeks, 3–5 times / year).Define commercial constructs, cost models, business cases, and pricing inputs.Ensure smooth solution transition to delivery and collaborate with legal / commercial teams.Mentor junior architects / SMEs (as applicable).Core Expertise
Aftersales operations across Aerospace & Defense, Heavy Equipment, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Greentech, CPG / Retail, Hi-Tech, and Industrial Equipment.10+ large digital / analytics transformation programs in manufacturing or Aftersales.Strong command of IoT / connected equipment, AI-led process optimization, data-driven service models, and outcome-based solutions.High proficiency in solution planning, deal shaping, proposal development, value proposition design, and service transition.Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Aerospace / Automobile Engineering;MBA preferred.
