Role Overview We are looking for a UX & Marketing Copywriter who can craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content across both product experiences and marketing communications .
This role sits at the intersection of UX writing, content design, storytelling, and brand communication , making it ideal for someone who understands user behavior and knows how to influence action through words.
You will work closely with the product, design, and marketing teams to create copy that delivers clarity, consistency, and impact across the entire user journey.
Key Responsibilities 1. UX Writing & Product Content Write intuitive, user-friendly copy for apps, dashboards, websites, and product flows.
Create microcopy such as tooltips, buttons, error messages, modals, CTAs, and onboarding content.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers to ensure content enhances user experience and supports user tasks.
Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and terminology across product surfaces.
2. Marketing & Growth Copywriting Write compelling copy for landing pages, ads, social media, emails, and campaigns.
Craft strong value propositions, taglines, and messaging frameworks for product launches.
Support paid marketing with high-converting ad copy and A / B test variations.
Work with the content & design teams to deliver engaging storytelling pieces.
3. Content Strategy & Brand Voice Contribute to the development of brand voice and tone guidelines.
Audit existing content and identify gaps or improvement areas.
Ensure content is aligned with campaign goals, audience persona, and funnel stages.
4. Research & Insights Conduct competitor and industry content analysis.
Understand user needs, motivations, and objections to craft persuasive messaging.
Use performance data to iterate and improve content for better engagement and conversions.
Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in UX writing, marketing copywriting, or content design (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or tech).
Strong understanding of user psychology, digital journeys, and micro-interaction design.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and meaningful copy.
Experience writing for landing pages, digital ads, product flows, and UI text.
Comfort working cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams.
A strong portfolio showcasing UX and marketing writing samples is mandatory .
