Location : Bangalore-Hybrid

Role Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Lead to drive the end-to-end development and delivery of SAP-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP ABAP full-stack development, experience leading technical team with cross-functional product teams, and a strong ability to engage with enterprise clients on program execution, solution delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical program execution for SAP product development initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with product management, architecture, and delivery teams to define and track project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Apply expertise in SAP ABAP full-stack (ABAP on HANA, Web Dynpro,ABAP CDS, RAP, Fiori / UI5, OData, gateway services) to guide solution design and technical implementation on SAP Cloud
• Manage client interfacing—ensuring requirements clarity, milestone sign-offs, and proactive communication on progress and risks.
• Enable agile development and DevOps best practices within the SAP ecosystem.
• Coordinate integration with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Mentor development teams and facilitate code reviews, technical quality assurance, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and technical excellence
