We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Visual Designer who can shape powerful brand experiences through compelling visual design and high-quality video content. This role requires someone who blends creativity with strong technical skills, understands brand systems deeply, and can bring ideas to life across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Brand-Aligned Creative Development
- Create high-quality graphics, marketing collateral, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and visualize social media posts, campaigns, and marketing ideas with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Develop design assets for web, social, email, presentations, and events.
Video & Motion Design
Ideate, design, and edit marketing videos and motion graphics.Produce videos for social media, ads, product explainers, events, and website use.Use templates or create motion assets from scratch as needed.Design Tools & AI-Enabled Productivity
Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.Proficient with Canva for quick-turnaround assets.Comfortable using AI tools (e.G., image generation, video automation, content assistants) to accelerate workflows without compromising quality.Template & Asset Management
Identify, adapt, and customize relevant design and video templates that uphold brand standards.Maintain an organized library of templates, brand assets, and design files.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into strong creative output.Understand campaign goals and business objectives to deliver impactful designs.Take ownership of creative consistency across all touchpoints.Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in marketing design (B2B preferred), brand design, or creative roles within growth- or brand-driven teams.Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video / motion graphics work.Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and brand communication.Ability to independently conceptualize ideas and execute them end-to-end.Familiarity with digital marketing formats and best practices (social media, ads, email, web).Detail-oriented, fast, and able to manage multiple design requests simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Why Join Us?
