Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in AI-powered testing tools and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases, leverage AI-driven test optimization, and enhance overall test coverage and efficiency.

Experience : 3–5 Years (with minimum 1 year in AI-powered testing)

Location : Mumbai / Pune

Mode of Work : Full time

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Utilize AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Selenium + AI plugins) to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
• Build and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Identify test gaps and enhance quality coverage through AI-driven analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop dashboards, test reports, and quality metrics for effective decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate new automation and AI testing tools to improve QA processes.
