Job descriptionRunning the branded video production pipeline (pre → shoot → post) Writing fun, engaging, platform-friendly scripts On-ground shoot support — talent coordination, crew alignment & managing the chaos Client communication, updates & expectation management Managing timelines, logistics, documentation & seamless project delivery Supporting photography requirements for campaigns & shoots Coordinating with marketing teams to integrate content needs Ensuring smooth cross-team communication from concept to execution Strong skills in communication and collaboration to work effectively with teams & stakeholders Experience in video production and photography, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling Proficiency in project management to coordinate production schedules, timelines & deliverables Marketing awareness to support content promotion and audience engagement Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with filmmaking and storytelling techniques is a plus Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred

Role Description – Assistant Creative Producer
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes digital content someone who gets excited about shoots, storytelling, and creating scroll-stopping branded content.
As an Assistant Creative Producer, you will :
- Support various stages of the video production pipeline
- Manage projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Work closely with the creative team to bring impactful stories to life
- Support photography needs for campaigns and shoots
- Liaise with clients and coordinate marketing inputs
- Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders throughout the creative process

Salary Bracket : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
