About the role :

The candidate will work closely with political parties and / or government bodies, providing advisory support as well as manage the planning, execution, and completion of various governance and policy initiatives. The ideal candidate is a sharp, analytical thinker with a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and client relationship management. They are comfortable working with official datasets and Management Information Systems (MIS), and possess the ability to extract insights that drive smarter decision making. Strong writing skills, a solid understanding of political and governance frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, and act as the primary liaison between the internal team and the client's stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with political, government clients and other external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for day-to-day project issues and concerns.
• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in public sector operations, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development efforts, such as assisting with proposals, scoping new engagements, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
