Job descriptionUnderstand customer needs and effectively tailor communication to maximize sales Drive sales conversion by following up with leads, handling objections, and closing Achieve a minimum sales conversion rate of X% (customizable based on your targets) Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement strategies for market penetration Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication skills. A friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of Well-groomed and presentable, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset, focused on achieving KPIs such as sales Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred and will be Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
