Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate new leads, schedule prospect meetings, and support US market sales. The role requires strong outbound B2B experience, effective communication, and the ability to work in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
Schedule calls and meetings with new prospects and coordinate with the field sales team.
Drive new lead generation through outbound activities and execute effective inside sales strategies.
Achieve monthly / quarterly lead-generation targets.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMO / CDO / CIO) to identify opportunities and support account growth.
Conduct cold calling, networking, and outreach campaigns to expand the pipeline.
Work closely with the marketing team on lead nurturing initiatives and strategic discussions.
Mandatory Requirement :
Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales experience in the US market.
Proven experience in B2B sales.
Ability to work in EST shift (6 PM IST to 3 AM IST).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
