Job descriptionIdentify and reach out to potential clinics, modern trade accounts. Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding. Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business. Manage day-to-day account activities, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to management. 5-6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare. Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus. Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work. Location : New Delhi (with travel as required). Compensation : Competitive (Fixed + Incentives).

- The role involves identifying, acquiring, and onboarding clinics and modern trade accounts for our D2C range.
