Enterprise-Level Architecture

Not just one app / product— architecture across domains like consumer experience, store operations, payments, and supply chain.
Candidates should have cross-functional exposure and not be limited to one vertical.
Retail / CPG industry experience , Developed Reference architecture / patterns / position papers for technology or business domains, involved with assessing Build vs Buy for high profile tech decisions
Certifications : TOGAF

✅ Strategic & Business-Aligned Thinking

Architects who engage with senior stakeholders , understand business goals, and shape technology direction .

Not just implementers— decision-makers .

✅ Consumer-Facing Platform Experience

Experience with digital platforms that directly impact customer experience (e.g., mobile apps, loyalty platforms, personalization engines).

Not just backend or infra— front end and UX architecture matters.

✅ Technical Breadth & Depth

Full-stack knowledge : web tech, cloud (AWS), microservices, CI / CD, DevOps.

Should be able to build reusable patterns , not just deliver one-off solutions.

✅ Leadership & Mentorship

Ability to mentor other architects , lead reviews, and drive standards .

Should have led architecture teams or communities of practice .
