We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Business Analyst at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, ensure consistent project reporting, conduct cost / benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization by collaborating with various departments.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Develop and maintain custom sales and expense tracking dashboards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Implement tools and analytical measures for guidance to finance, operations, and senior management.
• Manage Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track, monitor, and update sales opportunities across business units.
• Coordinate revenue and backlog forecasting in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide regular reports on key financial metrics, participate in Salesforce software training, and assist in developing Project Management work process documents.
