Associate Manager- Taxation

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead / Asst. Manager – Taxation to lead and manage the organization’s tax function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compliance with direct and indirect tax laws including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and Transfer Pricing, and will act as a key liaison with Big 4 auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of Indian tax laws, excellent analytical abilities, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct Taxation (Income Tax & TDS) :

• Ensure timely and accurate computation, payment, and filing of Income Tax returns, advance tax, and tax provisions.
• Monitor and manage TDS compliance, including payment, return filing (Form 26Q, 27Q), and 26AS reconciliations.
• Handle tax assessments, appeals, and litigation with Income Tax Authorities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for Tax Audit and facilitate statutory and internal audits.
