Job Title : Asset Executive

Location : Gurgaon & Navi Mumbai (Lodha-Lower Parel)

Experience Required : Minimum 1.6 years

Working Days : 6 Days a Week

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Executive to manage and maintain IT assets across their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asset tracking, reporting, compliance, and documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as VLOOKUP and Excel reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle , including procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance, and retirement.

Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets across locations (Gurgaon / Mumbai).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to asset utilization, movement, and compliance.

Perform data analysis using Excel functions, especially VLOOKUP and related formulas.

Ensure compliance of IT assets with company policies and audit requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams for asset issuance, replacement, and retrieval.

Maintain and update asset records in internal systems and trackers.

Support audits by providing required data and documentation.

Handle asset-related queries from employees and stakeholders promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 1.6 years of experience in IT asset management.

Strong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).

Experience in preparing structured reports (daily / weekly / monthly) .

Knowledge of asset compliance standards and documentation requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
