🚀 Hiring Multiple Roles : Principal Software Development Consultant (Cloud-Native & High-Performance Systems) & Jr Developer| Rust | Remote (India)

📍 Location : Remote (India) | 🕒 Shift : UK Overlap (2 PM – 11 PM IST / 3 PM – 12 Midnight IST)

💼 Type : Full-time | 🎯 Level : Principal Engineer / Jr Developer

🧠 Experience : Principal : 10+ years (with recent hands-on coding), Jr Developer : 4+ years

We’re looking for a Principal Software Development Consultant who leads by example — through code, problem-solving, and real delivery , not just guidance. You’ll design and ship cloud-native, high-performance systems , using modern infrastructure and compiled language Rust , while mentoring teams through strong technical leadership.

We are also looking for Junior Developer to work with Principal Software development consultant on the project.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Build scalable, cloud-native backend systems
  • Write production-grade Rust code focused on performance
  • Lead through code reviews, prototyping, and mentorship
  • Work hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, autoscaling, and CI / CD
  • Drive implementation from design to deployment
  • Tune performance and handle concurrency & optimization challenges

✅ Requirements

  • Principal : 10+ years in software engineering (backend, systems, or platform) , Min 4+ years of Proven experience with Rust. We may consider candidates who has total exp lower than 10 years but have 4+ years in Rust
  • Junior Developer : 4 + years in software engineering (backend, systems, or platform) , Min 2+ years of Proven experience with Rust.
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, distributed APIs
  • Strong understanding of Linux internals, networking, observability
  • Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure , CI / CD , and Terraform / Pulumi
  • Proven ownership of complex systems from design to delivery
  • Mandatory : Proven hands-on expertise in Rust programming
  • Preferred : Exposure to Golang (nice to have)

    • 🌟 Bonus Skills

  • Async runtimes (Tokio, etc.), memory-safe systems
  • Profiling, low-latency, or instrumentation experience
  • Open-source contributions (Rust or infra tooling)

    • 💡 Mindset

  • You lead through execution & mentorship , not policy
  • You’re a builder who loves writing and improving code
  • You enjoy ambiguity and solving complex, performance-critical problems
