We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead who’s not just great at audits and keyword research — but also knows how to build a winning strategy, lead a team, talk to clients, and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Own :

Lead the SEO strategy for multiple D2C brands (content, technical,on-page and off-page)

Take ownership of client communication, reporting, and roadmap planning

Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis

Coordinate with writers and designers to delegate content and creative tasks

Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with dev teams for implementation

Build custom Looker Studio dashboards or similar tools for performance reporting

Plan and manage off-page SEO including backlink strategy and outreach

Own KPIs like organic traffic, organic revenue, rankings, conversion rates, and content velocity

✅ Must-Have Skills :

2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency / D2C experience preferred)

Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, schema, site structure)

Familiarity with Shopify and optimizing eCommerce stores

Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console

Skilled in Looker Studio or similar for custom client dashboard creation

Excellent verbal and written communication (client calls, team syncs, brief writing)

Bonus if you have :

Hands-on experience with basic HTML / CSS for SEO fixes

Worked on CRO, page speed optimization, or eComm AOV / LTV strategy

Leadership / management experience handling junior SEO teammates
