Position Summary :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Servify, you will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient staffing and a positive candidate journey.

• Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Support the creation of job descriptions and post job openings across relevant channels.
