The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and conduct feedback sessions.
- Conduct performance management processes and support the appraisal system.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-7 years of experience in HR or related fields.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in India.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (like SAP, Oracle, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Skills Required
