Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Executive – QA & QC with strong experience in cosmetic manufacturing and a deep understanding of GMP and ISO standards. This position will play a key role in ensuring quality assurance and control for our products manufactured at third-party sites, particularly in the Western region. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, audit-ready, and capable of managing multiple 3P operations efficiently.

Responsibilities :

1. The position is based in Nashik.

2. The candidate should have hands-on experience with daily operations in a cosmetic manufacturing plant.

3. Should possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 22716 : 2007 (GMP) guidelines.

4. Must have strong analytical skills and be well-versed in day-to-day QA / QC activities.

5. Will be required to coordinate with 3P teams for line trials / transit trials of NPDs and ensure that processes are appropriately established.

6. Responsible for the implementation of the QMS system at all North region 3P manufacturing sites.

7. Should have experience facing audits for ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and WHO GMP standards.

8. Must be thoroughly familiar with the entire process flow — from RM / PM receipt to FG dispatch.

9. Should be capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues at third-party manufacturing (3P) plants.

10. Should be willing to travel frequently to 3P sites as per business needs.

11. Will be accountable for finished goods (FG) audits of products manufactured by 3P.

12. Should possess strong auditing skills and have prior experience conducting audits.

Qualifications :

• Education : M.Sc / B.Sc / (IIP or SIES institute preferred)
• Experience : 3 to 5 years in a cosmetic products manufacturing plant
• Proven knowledge and application of ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and WHO GMP.
• Hands-on experience with QA / QC operations in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes from RM / PM to FG.
• Excellent analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and 3P vendors.
