Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing email communication that drives engagement, leads, and conversions across target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including planning, audience segmentation, content creation & A / B testing.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of email campaigns using email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversion rate & unsubscribe trends.
• Create persuasive and engaging copy tailored to multiple audience segments.
• Conduct regular database hygiene : list segmentation, lead nurturing, and removal of inactive / bounced contacts.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement personalization and automation workflows to increase email engagement.
• Drive conversion-focused landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (GDPR / Spam Act / CAN-SPAM).
• Analyze campaign insights to provide weekly / monthly performance reports and optimization suggestions.
