Job descriptionPhD in Chemistry . At least 1+ years of experience tutoring students in Chemistry. Prior experience in the EdTech sector is preferred. Deep understanding of JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies . Expertise across Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry topics relevant to JEE Advanced. Proven track record of helping students significantly improve their JEE Advanced scores . Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. Ability to work independently, manage schedules effectively, and customize lessons based on student needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced aspirants.
- Develop, review, and refine complex Chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI model training.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in Chemistry-related data and AI outputs.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated Chemistry content, debugging and correcting errors in AI reasoning.
- Collaborate with AI teams to enhance the AI's comprehension of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving methods.
- Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging Chemistry topics.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE Advanced trends, syllabus changes, and exam strategies to keep content relevant.
