Job descriptionProactively source potential candidates using online databases, social media platforms, and networking events. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. Maintain a strong relationship with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process. Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives and referral programs. Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficient and effective hiring. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Participate in panel interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, (Master's degree preferred). Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
