We are seeking a Power Platform & BI Developer to design build and maintain applications workflows and reporting solutions using Microsofts Power Platform and related technologies. The ideal candidate will bring skills across Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and SharePoint with additional exposure to Azure services Python RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven solutions. This role is open to candidates at different levels of experience with strong problem-solving skills eagerness to learn and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Workflow Development

Build and maintain apps using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

Create and optimize workflow automations using Power Automate and other RPA tools.

Develop Office Scripts and macros to automate tasks across Microsoft Office applications.

Data Management & Integration

Design and manage SharePoint lists libraries and permissions.

Build and maintain SQL database connections and integrate with applications.

Utilize Azure services (Logic Apps Data Factory Dataverse etc.) for integration and automation.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.

Support data modeling data preparation and reporting best practices.

Ensure data integrity accuracy and security across all platforms.

Advanced Automation & AI

Implement robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks.

Leverage Python scripts for custom data processing and automation scenarios.

Explore and implement AI / ML-powered features within Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.

Collaboration & Support

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications workflows and dashboards.

Provide user support training and documentation for developed solutions.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word Outlook Access Teams etc.).

Knowledge of SharePoint data management and SQL databases .

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and optimize workflows.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

25 years of relevant experience (but motivated junior candidates will also be considered).

Knowledge of AI / ML integration with Power Platform or Azure.

• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) version control (Git / Azure DevOps) and deployments.
