Job Description :
Lead the strategy and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize processes, strengthen capabilities, and align the salesforce with organizational objectives. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring someone who can roll up their sleeves, solve ground-level challenges, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Force Effectiveness & Strategy :
- Build and implement strategies to improve salesforce productivity and effectiveness.
- Identify performance gaps and design data-backed improvement interventions.
- Drive SFE roadmap aligned with business goals.
Sales Processes & Tools :
Design and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to drive process excellence.Lead adoption of automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.'Data, Insights & KPIs :
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks.Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor salesforce performance.Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.Incentive Design & Governance :

Partner with Sales Leadership to design training programs to improve capability, skills, and competencies.Lead and mentor the SFE team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.Conduct periodic reviews to assess effectiveness of initiatives and drive refinements.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Build strong relationships across business units to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Act as the subject matter expert for all matters related to SFE, providing guidance and solutions.Key Result Areas :
