• Partner with Functions to drive Capability Enhancement, Succession Building & Talent pipeline.
• Lead employer branding initiative,Employee Life Cycle Management,induction process.
• Partner with employees and act as a bridge to enhance productivity.
• HR facilitation roles like induction, onboarding,joining facilitation etc.
• End-end recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources including references,portals,Linked in etc.
• Create Job description after interaction with stakeholders and deptt. heads.

Incumbent profile :
