Title : Client Coordinator

Location : - Borivali

Experience : Minimum 5 years in client handling

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients in both English and Hindi.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are addressed promptly.
• Document and communicate project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
• Prepare client-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Experience in arranging stalls / booths and making travel plans of management.
• Always submitting documents / carrying out given tasks within timelines.
