Role Title : Assistant Manager / Manager – Growth Analytics
Reports To : Head – Growth
Function / Department : Consumer Finance – Growth
1. JOB PURPOSE
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a strong understanding of products, users, and acquisition channels.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Marketing Analytics
- Solve the three core problems of Growth Marketing : whom to target (propensity), how to target (channel), and when to target (timing) to optimize CAC.
- Develop channel mix and testing strategies for campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify new opportunities, form hypotheses, and quickly assess potential impact.
- Partner with data engineering to build and enhance analytical tools and strengthen data infrastructure.
- Analyze, forecast, and create custom reports to make key KPIs and insights accessible across the organization.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing / growth metrics and A / B test outcomes, and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Present insights and analyses effectively to support data-driven decision-making.
3. MAJOR CHALLENGES
Need for strong analyst support to track and measure all D2C initiatives.Consistent tracking of KPIs across marketing campaigns.4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute with 2–4 years of experience.Work Experience / Skills
2–4 years of relevant experience in analytical, numbers-driven marketing environments — such as online consumer businesses or financial services.Strong data handling, interpretation, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to process large transactional datasets and convert them into actionable insights.Technical skills : R / Python, SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables).
