Location : Across India (Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka, Odisha)

CTC : ₹2.4 LPA

Brief Details of the Opportunity :

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic MBA (Marketing) Freshers to join us as Management Trainees in our Solar Sales & Emerging EPC Department . This role offers a great opportunity to build a career in the renewable energy sector and contribute to India’s growing solar industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and executing solar sales strategies across assigned regions.
• Identify, generate, and manage leads for solar EPC projects.
• Support distributor / dealer network development and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project execution.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and analyse sales performance during the probation and training period.
