Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Head with up to 5+ years of experience in IT services sales to lead and scale our sales operations from the ground up. This is a full-time on-site position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build and lead winning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team from scratch.
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans using tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo.io .
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting to closure.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Create sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth handover and execution.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT services sales (must).Proven success in lead generation , client handling , and team leadership .Experience in building a sales team from scratch is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with Sales Navigator , Apollo.io , and CRM tools.Perks & Benefits
