Marketing Executive / Manager - Media, Digital & Event Sponsorships

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing professional with expertise in media promotions, digital marketing, and event sponsorships. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and skilled in building brand visibility—both online and offline. If you’re passionate about growing followers, securing sponsors, collaborating with agencies, and driving engagement through innovative campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close sponsorships and brand collaborations for corporate and entertainment events.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, followers, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and manage social media strategies, influencer tie-ups, and paid promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, PR firms, marketing agencies, and brands for partnerships and collaborations.
• Create impactful marketing content and proposals, including sponsorship decks and promotional plans.
• Manage media tie-ups, barter deals, press coverage, and event branding opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure sponsor deliverables, creative consistency, and campaign alignment.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, event ROI, and brand growth reports.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and engagement strategies to continuously improve brand presence.
