Job description50,000+ trees saved Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and customer needs. Customer Insights : Engage with educators, administrators, and students to deeply understand their needs and pain points. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful product features on time and within scope. Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement and validate assumptions. Go-to-Market : Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches and updates, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Continuous Improvement : Monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate and enhance features. Conduct user interviews with K-12 educators to gather product feedback. Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and refine upcoming sprint tasks. Review analytics data to measure feature adoption and identify areas for improvement. Lead a brainstorming session with the design team to enhance the user experience. Present the product roadmap to the leadership team, incorporating insights from market trends and customer feedback. Lead Product Innovations : Drive the creation of innovative solutions that redefine assessments in the education space. Expand Leadership Skills : Progress into a senior product management or leadership role within the company. Become an EdTech Thought Leader : Gain deep expertise in education technology and establish yourself as an industry expert. Passion for education : A genuine belief in the power of technology to transform learning and improve outcomes. Product management expertise : 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or EdTech space. Strong problem-solving skills : Ability to break down complex challenges and deliver creative, practical solutions. User-centered mindset : Empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Analytical acumen : Comfort with data analysis and deriving actionable insights from data.
