Consultant - SAP Finance Control

Business Process & Consulting :

• Analyze existing financial and controlling processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in management accounting and reporting.
• Support finance teams in designing and implementing cost allocation methods, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.

System Enhancements & Support :

• Manage change requests, enhancements, and upgrades within SAP CO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth financial and controlling operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP / BI) for developments, reports, and interfaces.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training :

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CO in discussions with finance, audit, and compliance teams.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for business users.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system adoption and user satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills :

• Proven expertise in SAP CO (Management Accounting) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end SAP CO implementations.
