Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily FC Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end BAU fulfillment activities executed by Delhivery’s on-ground team.
  • Monitor picking, packing, put-away, BQC, dispatch, and returns processing.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for order fulfillment, same-day dispatch, and cut-off timelines.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive quick resolution through 3PL supervisors.

2. 3PL Coordination & Governance

  • Act as the single point of contact between our brand and Delhivery FC leadership.
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews with 3PL.
  • Track manpower deployment, productivity, and adherence to operational SOPs.
  • Escalate service gaps and ensure timely corrective actions from the 3PL side.

    • 3. Inventory Accuracy & Health

  • Drive cycle counts, inventory audits, and root-cause analysis for stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure high standards of storage, binning, and warehouse hygiene.
  • Coordinate with merchandising / supply teams for inbound planning and replenishment.

    • 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for inflow, outflow, utilization, and SLA adherence.
  • Publish daily / weekly MIS, highlighting exceptions or risks.
  • Work closely with central logistics & automation teams for process optimization.

    • 5. Process Compliance & SOP Management

  • Ensure 3PL follows operational SOPs for safety, scanning, packaging, and documentation.
  • Support implementation of new workflows, system changes, or process improvements.
  • Conduct periodic training and refresher sessions with the on-ground workforce.

    • 6. Escalation & Issue Resolution

  • Manage operational emergencies like backlog, system failures, manpower shortfall, or QC issues.
  • Coordinate closely with tech / automation teams for issue debugging and fixes.
  • Ensure customer-impacting issues are flagged early and addressed quickly.

    • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment , warehousing, and 3PL operations.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and scanning workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; basic SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-sale pressures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate / PG in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce / retail warehousing or 3PL management.
  • Experience working at / with Delhivery, Ecom Express, Flipkart, Amazon, or similar 3PLs is an advantage.
